please set your IE as the default browser and then please try the below steps...

click on start>accessories>right click on command prompt>run as administrator

in the command prompt (black window) type in the commands below:

regsvr32 jscript.dll then press enter
regsvr32 vbscript.dll then press enter

then retry running a scan via mcafee... see if it helps...

Worked perfectly for me using McAfee Security Center 9.3.162. I had several blank dialogue boxes that now show up correctly with fully functioning sub-menus. Thanks!

i think it is 6.1 vista home premium, cant get sp2(idk y)
IE 8
I dont know the versoin of Mcafee. (its the new cox McAfee Suite) i made a vid earlier
