Bala,
I clicked on the link quoted above and it was unable to resolve. Since I am able to connect to the Internet, I wonder if the McAfee site has something that prevents this from loading? Perhaps a Java update is needed? What version is recommended?

HI..

try running MCAFEE PREINSTALL TOOL

then, restart PC.

Also, run the MCAFEE REMOVAL TOOL

then, restart PC again.

After that, try downloading again..

THAT WORKED!! Thanks! Although, I ran the Preinstall tool and did not reboot; didn't work. But after running the Removal tool AND rebooting, it did work. I'm all set.
