How do I stop pop-ups from the firewall for previously blocked programs?

I manually manage which programs can and can not access the Internet.

A few programs are blocked completely but I get pop ups showing that they are blocked that I have to respond to when they try to access the Internet.  It indicates that "I have requested that I be notified" or something like that.

How can I turn these off?

I have intentionally blocked them and I don't want to have to confirm that every time they try to access the Internet.

Thanks!

@GaneshR , I have attached a screenshot of the version.

I guess only 1 attachment is allowed, so I have linked to a screenshot of the issue below.
