Help

Hi all, can somebody help me please? I have a problem due to sudden drop of voltage (when i am using virtual technician to correct the sign of real scanning and fire wall is off) my pc is crashed and when i am using the virtual technician again, the program can not detect my anti virus plus. So i have to down load and installed again (i am an active subscriber). But after i install and want to setting up to my preference, i found out that i can not access history and log. I try to solve the problem via virtual technician, but the problem can not be fixed, it mentioned that i have 2 files incorrect:

C:\program files\mcafee\virusscan\mvsoem.dll

C:\program files\mcafee\virusscan\1033\msvdeflt.dll

is missing (expected files is missing)

I try to use email and chatting but my country is not listed (I live in indonesia) and the phone number is not working.

i am use windows 7 32

Hi Ari,

Get yourself a surge protector for where you connect your computer to the power.  That will protect it against voltage/current variations.

You can still use online chat - just pick another country or look here: http://service.mcafee.com/faq/country.html

Try uninstalling everything via Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a Program, then run the MCPR cleanup tool available HERE and reboot.

Reinstall from your online account.  

Lastly, your Windows 7 should have Service Pack 1 installed, if not already there is help with that HERE.
