Firewall turning off in Security center

Hi

This message "Your computer is at risk" keeps appearing on my screen and I try to turn on my firewall, however it always turns off by itself. I'm on Windows 7, thanks for the help!

Re: Firewall turning off in Security center

Have you first checked you PC for malware that disables firewalls use some or all of these

McAfee Communities: Anti-Spyware/Malware & Hijacker Tools

add your email address to the getsusp preferences so Mcafee can contact you.

Next is your Base filtering engine and windows firewall service present running and automatic? Go to start run and type services.msc and see.

If not tried this?

Re: Firewall turning off in Security center

Can be a bad disk can be malware that is why I also use these supplementary programs to monitor my drives.

McAfee Communities: Anti-Spyware/Malware & Hijacker Tools

With getsusp add your email address to the preferences so Mcafee can update you if anything found.

With Malwarebytres do NOT install teh trial full version it will clash with Mvafee. use the free version.
