Sorry for the delayed response, Please clarify.
What is the Operating System you use?
Did you made any changes to the computer in the recent past?
Did you had any issue with downloading other product from the website?
Steps
Update the Windows including the optional and software patch update.[open Internet Explorer-click tools-click on windows update]
