Easy Network recognizing shared files but not shared printers

I have three computers that all have McAfee Security 9.

Two are laptops, one with XP and one with Vista, and the other is a desktop running XP. They are all connected to a wireless router, laptops via wifi and desktop via network cable.

I have set up easy network on all three computers and have run into the following issue.

I cannot access the printer that is being shared by the desktop from either of the laptops, but all three share files perfectly. The laptops can share printers but the desktop printer is not listed in the shared printers tool on either laptop. Also, none of the printers shared by the laptops are visible to the desktop.

Thanks for the help!

RE: Easy Network recognizing shared files but not shared printers

Hi
Can you provide the version of McAfee installed in Desk top ?
What is the make of printer you use?
Do you have McAfee in all the three computer? If yes, Check if you are able see all the computer in the McAfee network map (open security center – click on Manage network)
Perform the McAfee Virtual Technician in both computer and post the session ID http://mvt.mcafee.com/mvt/default.asp
