Blue screen


  I have an issue with my customer. He performed system restore in the computer to bring back favorite icon on desktop. He stated after Mcafee worked on the computer to fix online back up config.

Once the system restore completed computer booted up and worked fine, once the computer restarted blue screen and no boot. Wat to do?

Best to recall Mcafee support  Can the Pc boot in safe mode?  Also they (support) would need the error name and stop code.


Also post version number of Mcafee and operating system
