AM I PROTECTED and Warning on ATT Security Suite

Hi All. I just installed the ATT McAffee Security Suite. Almost everyday the ICON in the taskbar has an exclamation point in it. It says I’m Not Protected. I get into the MCAFEE Security Suite screen and the Files are Not Protected. I Click on the ICON on the screen and I’m now protected. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? It is not a show stopper but it is a hassle to have to click on this everyday to be protected. Thanks all and Happy Easter. Bob:confused:

RE: AM I PROTECTED and Warning on ATT Security Suite

Some updates cause this to appear for some unknown reason. There has also been a similar ongoing bug with Security Center 8 and to a lesser extent with Security Center 9. Apparently 3 things were causing it. 2 have been fixed and the 3rd is proving difficult to pin down. We are told that the next version of Security Center should not have this problem.
We are also told that, in actual fact, protection is still active despite the warning.
Until then keep clicking the fix button whenever it happens.
