After the update, the subscription period changed by 30 days

Hello. I purchased an antivirus subscription on January 15, 2022 for 2 years. Today, 01.07.2022, I reinstalled the program, and now the information is displayed in the personal account that the subscription is temporary and its validity period will expire in 30 days. Also, when I select "contacting support" in the menu, information is displayed that support has been suspended. I ask you to assist and change the subscription period, according to the payment.
