I have the same problem: my debit card was charged automatically without wanting to renew my registration
in the email sent to me by mac, it says that if the automatic renewal is canceled within 60 days, money will be refunded
I canceled the automatic renewal the same day, I received an email saying that I do not have a renewed connection, but nothing else
4 days have already passed and still nothing for a refund, also the phone for my country Greece is not working, and I don't know what to do
also the debit card that was charged automatically has now been cancelled
I have put a new debit card on my profile, does anyone know if there is a refund
will the money go to the new credit card that I have declared?
