refund request

I got notification that my subscription to your service had been renewed at a 60% increase in price!!!!!!!!

Your website is a joke, nobody answers you 24/7 contact line after ringing it constantly for almost 60 minutes! Request refund by email..... another total joke, lets take you round this loop again and again!!!!!

Please contact me to refund my payment and cancel my subscription to your service.
