Re: Unauthorized credit card withdrawal

Hi @DianaTa

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

We would like to inform you that, we have found an active account with McAfee on your email address and a trial subscription was subscribed. When setting up a trial subscription in the initial stage as a policy of company customer details should be updated. May be in this process you should have added your card details and that might triggered for the auto-renewal. However, we do not see any charge happened with McAfee based on our records. If there was any charge happened please be contacted to our McAfee support and keep them informed about the charge. Our McAfee Support team will help you on this.
