Solicito reembolso

Hola!

Hace unos días me llego un mensaje de renovación de suscripción, y no lo he visto. Procedieron al cobro 1 mes antes de la caducidad. Solicito reembolso ya que no estoy utilizando la suscripción, la cual ya desactive.
