Requesting to Refund my unexpected auto renewal


I have the same problem like many others: my debit card was charged automatically without wanting to renew my registration in the email sent to me by mcafee, it says that if the automatic renewal is canceled within 60 days, money will be refunded
I canceled the automatic renewal the same day, I received an email saying that I do not have a renewed connection and go on mcafee/support to "request a refung" but looks like "online refund request" doesnt working and I dont want to call USA from EU with my bad english and price, is there any chance i got my money back ??

Almost 3 months and nothing happened. Im done with this company.
