On June 17, 2021, I registered for a McAfee LiveSafe product that costed 20e (I live in Germany), which expired on July 17, 2021.
2022, and now again 2023 was taken off my credit card (16.01.2023-85.95E) and I haven't used McAfee since the subscription expired, I tried to call, but no one answers and when they do, they put me on hold and I have already spent extra money on calls. I cannot stop auto-renewal on my McAfee account, as I do not currently have an active subscription.
I want this auto-renewal to be stopped and my money back... I've been fighting with you for two years now and it's become really inhumane..
