Greetings.
I am user of McAfee last several years. On 8 November 2022 I have renewed for one year. (Invoice no CS314----312 ). It will expire on 8 December 2023.
But McAfee charged again yesterday (6 February 2023) while I have an active subscription. (Invoice no CS322----903). McAfee deducted 149.99 US$ Excluding Vat and Tax. It is very unethical, mistrust and abuse.
Please refund my money of last subscription.

I have never had this app or known of this place exist til yesterday I got a bill and I need my refund
I'm glad t know that they will refund my money cause i sure am not happy they took it off my card and i dont owe this company

I observed today [12 March 2023] that I was charged for an unexpected auto-renewal. A very large sum, since it is an annual renewal.
Since my request for refund falls within the 60-day period and my product was an annual subscription, please refund me in full.
The reason I have sought out this forum is that the McAfee site makes it prohibitively difficult to request a refund. I have attempted, via my McAfee account profile to request a refund for more than 3 hours without any success. The

Same with me @Khoe , i am sick and i cannot afford the auto-renewal. i already requested refund. the mcafee site also does not have an option to remove your card details nor do they have email support.

Thus far all I have promised is a follow-up by an appropriately authorised individual. None of the promises have materialised.
As time elapses I become convinced that it is McAfee's policy objective to discourage refunds and to discourage all persons who attempt to claim a refund.
The evidence, thus far, supports my hypothesis.
I hope I am wrong.
