Request for Refund due to Unwanted Auto-Renewal

Unfortunately, my subscription was automatically renewed without my consent or intention to continue the service. I did not wish to proceed with the auto-renewal, and I was surprised to see the corresponding charge on my account.

I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for the unwanted subscription renewal. I understand that these situations can sometimes occur due to technical glitches or oversight, and I appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this matter.

Please I need my refund too. The suscription was automatically in my card and I don't want nothing!! I am going to report the treatment received to the court and the theft of my money because it is impossible to contact by phone or email. I am within the established period to request a refund.

I was also charged an auto renewal and would like to have it refunded. I have turned the auto renewal off. Please advise.
