Hi McAfee renewal team.
This is not a question but rather a suggestion.
When a customer’s subscription expires (probably due to extortionate auto renew prices), you might want to check that they did not purchase a new subscription at a much lower price.
I must do this every year as a new subscription is 1/3 the price of the auto renew.
This year the renewal spam has stepped up a gear though. Even though I am still a McAfee subscriber (on the new subscription and not the auto renewal), The number of emails trying to scaremonger me in renewing has been ridiculous.
Maybe the renewal teams should check if a customer is really at risk and unprotected before spamming them to renew even though they have a valid new subscription.
