Refund

Dear McAfee Customer Service,

I am writing to request a refund for my McAfee subscription. My account details are as follows:

- Account Name: jvirazabal
- Subscription Type: Mcafee Livesafe

I noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed, even though I did not have the auto-renewal feature turned on. As I did not intend to renew my subscription, I would like to request a full refund.

According to your refund policy, customers are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 60 days of being charged. I believe I meet this criterion, as the charge was made on december 10, 2023

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process the refund.
