Refund

Dear McAfee

I have discovered my long unused laptop has had its McAfee subscription renewed. It is not in use and I do not require a suscription.

I would like a refund.

The telephone number your website sends me to in South Africa is for corporate users only. There is no other way to contact you.

Please can you address this.

Dear Hari

We are waiting for you to respond to the request for a call back regarding a refund for our account that was automatically renewed. 

We are very disappointed in the services from McAfee. We never signed up for auto-renew and it is impossible to get hold of people who can assist us. 

We will revert to social media and our extensive local network should you and your company persist in ignoring our request for a cancellation and an immediate refund of our money. 

We expect a response within the next 5 working days.
