Refund subscription

There was subscription fees been deducted to my account. I would like to cancel my subscription and asking for refund.

i have called the customer service and it seems that he trying to avoid the conversation about refund and told to wait. Been waiting for 30 mins and call several times but to no answer. 

it seems that you guys trying to avoid any refund back to the customer. Bad customer service. Calling from Singapore.
