Refund request

I need to cancel immediately. I had an auto renewal at end of December without my authorization. I no longer use this product . Please contact me asap. Thank you!

Please- I did not get a refund or a confirmation of cancellation. I need this completed as soon as possible or I will need to take action. Thank you.
