Refund request

I've been a McAfee subscriber for 2 years and my desktop computer was taken down by a virus. It took me 4 phone calls and 1 hour of waiting to get through to the billing department. All of that time and effort to find out that I was beyond the 90 grace period to get a refund. That is a lousy policy, I thought I was resting on the strength of McAfee's history and reputation in the virus protection market.
