Refund request (Ireland)

Hi, I would also like to request a refund. I tried to call the number you present on your official website for many times. However, the number does not work at all. I am very unpleasant with this. I would like to resolve it as soon as possible.I was charged for automatic renewal just over two weeks ago I would like a refund. it was an automatic renewal I would just like 35€ for one device.
