Refund process is very slow

I did cancel one of my subscriptions because I was charged twice. So far when I ended the  cancelation process looked good and the system told me we are sorry to loose you but we will refund you.

1. I didn't received any confirmation email.

2. There is no email to contact the billing department

3. the phone number they give you to claim the refund is not working. Either is porn chats or they want to sell you car insurance, pest control promotion, but not at all about Mcaffee

4. When I contact through chat they cannot help at all.

5. Even after cancellation my subscription still active.....

I hope they can fix this matter
