Refund on auto renewal

Hi, @admin

I have reached out to the customer care via email and not yet received any response.

Please let me know the procedure for getting a refund on my auto renewal. I meet the conditions for recieving the refund.

I am having the same issue, chat is not available, long wait on phone.  Can't see to get help with refund request.  Elderly on SS and can't afford this charge.  Please help.
