Refund is needed, McAfee is keeping disable my network / Internet connection, frustrated!!!

I purchased McAfee® Total Protection - 5 Devices via McAfee online. After being installed on 1 of the devices, it disabled the Wi-Fi/network connection automatically. The device needs to be restarted each time. The connection will stay for 5–10 minutes (in ideal mode), then the network will be disabled again, and this will keep repeating. I have wasted 2 days trying to solve the issues; lastly, I decided to disable and uninstall McAfee. As for this, I strongly requested a refund of the subscription immediately, with the subscription conditions of a 30-day money-back guarantee. 

Support/ Account Please refund the sum.
