Refund auto renewal subscription


I wish to request refund for auto-renewal subscription deduct on 26th May. Please guide the process.

Appreciate your prompt reply. I think the customer support communication channel are poor. The contact line was not helpful and no e-mail available for further queries.

Hopefully someone in the customer support team read my post and contact me. Really need the solution for this case.
