Refund Required after 3 days trying to install

Hi

I purchased pc optimizer after having mcaffee livesafe for years with no problems. I installed it fine, then the activation code wouldnt work, re installed twice, activation code wouldn't work. Contacted mcaffee customer support,  spoke with agent Ashok who attempted to set it up and then dropped my call. i tried again and requested a refund with your agent Raga. He told me he had contacted the billing dept and they would call me. No surprise NOTHING has happened. McAfee will not be my choice for future protection. 

Please honour your no quibble refund claim and refund my money asap.
