Refund Request

Hello,

I accidentally purchased Mcafee total protection yesterday and would like to cancel it.  After a long day at work I mixed up you with my other anti-virus provider and purchased from you by mistake.  I tried calling yesterday but waited an hour and fifteen minutes with no response.  Please reach out to me so I can start the refund process.
