Refund Request || Auto Renewal Turned Off

Hi McAfee Support Team,
I was trying to reach out using your forums, but no luck and having an error about capacity limit.
I wanted to request a refund with my auto renewal. I was thinking that I will be charged by next month, but I got billed a month before the original subscription ends by Sept 12.
It appears on the Refund Policy that I can get my money back within 60 Days after the renewal. I turned off my auto renewal, so I hope you guys could help. I have a promotion from other product upon purchasing my new MSi board, so I will go back after 3 months.
Let me know what info is needed to cancel and get refunded.

Appreciate the response. Apparently, I am in a region (Philippines) where chat and general toll free # seems not available. If you could tell me other methods of reaching out and getting this resolved would be wonderful.
