Refund ( 3rd request)

It've been 2 weeks since the first refund request that i sent to McAfee admin and all i got from admin was information providing request . As i know, MCafee's policy qouted that the refund available for renewable account within 30 days but it's take me 14 days and no one explain how i can get a refund? I feel very frustrated about how them help me  handle the problem. I need something more detailed.
