Hola buen dia, solicito apoyo para un reembolso que no autorizo, se renovo mi suscripcion en automatico y no lo he solicitado, por favor cancelarlo y solicito el reembolso de la manera mas amable. Quedo atento a sus mensajes. Por favor necesito apoyo, tambien soy soporte tecnico y se como funcionan estos procesos.
