Reembolso

Boa tarde!
Faz dias que estou tentando pedir o reembolso mas não estou conseguindo fazer isso pelo telefone informado>
Preciso pedir o reembolso imediatamente, houve uma cobrança de renovação de assinatura em minha fatura e não estou interessada no serviço.
