Dear Support,

I would like to request a refund for a subscription which was automatically charged without my approval (quite upset) - see your email sent to me dated 17 April 2023 at 8.33 AM CET. Please remit the refund to the same prepay card number you charged.

Thanks for your quick response. Not sure why a call is even needed, certainly nobody called me before charging ;-). You already have all of the data for the refund, but if you must call and if the call is free for me, this is the info (pls write me your number here, so I will recognize it):
