Mcafee Support Team,

I can't even believe that I GOT DISCONNECTED THREE TIMES... AGAIN, THREE TIMES upon calling your hotline. THERE WAS A LIVE PERSON AND GOT DISCONNECTED (which I assume at first just a network issue) BUT THREE TIMES IS NOT NORMAL. OPENING OF THE CALL, AND GOT DISCONNECTED UPON STATING MY REFUND REQUEST!!!

I NEED A REFUND. AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK DUE TO LACK OF SUPPORT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I requested this about a week and never received an update or follow up.

McAfee, LIVE UP YOUR PROMISE THAT WE CAN GET OUR MONEY BACK WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE RENEWAL.

AND AGAIN, I DON'T WANT TO REACH OUT VIA PHONE CALL. I'd prefer to do this via email, and email alone. AND I WANT THIS DONE BEFORE 60 DAYS HAS PASSED.

Appreciate the response. But I'd like to know IS IT THAT HARD TO REACH SOMEONE WHO CAN RESOLVE THE ISSUE RIGHT AWAY?

Your chat support says that refund request is only thru PHONE. AND HOW HARD IS IT TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE OVER THE PHONE HANGS UP WHENEVER THEY HEAR THE REFUND REQUEST?

Is there someone in the corporate that can get this done at once?

Hey,

I need a refund to my 1 year auto-renewal subscription, but when I try calling any number it doesn’t work.

Can you please help me get a refund via messages instead of directing me to a phone number.

I understand the situation that you wanted your refund as well. I’m not sure if I could recommend someone can further assist as I was asking for my refund as well. 

There’s still someone can further help out. They might ask for your subscription details. Just provide the info.
