I am continuously suffering the pain of my close to R 2 000 unexpectedly deducted from my credit card by Macfee. Despite several cries for a refund, nothing is being done. I regret being foolishly trapped by Macfee into providing my credit card details in the first place. Now I have to be forced to close my credit card in order to avoid this monster.
The least I can do now is to advise as many people as possible to avoid the trap I fell into.
All I keep receiving are promises which have no follow up. The latest I received is the following:
"Greetings from McAfee.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have raised a ticket to the concern team and we'll make sure that issue will be resolved.
