Hola, buena tarde. 

Solicito me puedan a poyar a realizar una cancelación y reembolso de la suscripción anual.

He tratado de comunicarme varias veces pero no he tenido respuesta. 

Espero me puedan ayudar ya que me encuentro en el tiempo establecido para solicitar dicho reembolso.
