Poor customer service and unreasonable decision from mcafee

I bought a security program card in media markt 3months ago in Berlin.

However, the program not worked in what reason and I came to the mediamarkt again to specialist and I also had a technical support in Mcafee many times. 


All specialists said that I need to get refund since my PC not matches the condition that the program needs.


I contact to Mcafee many times but they just promise me that they will give soon, Never send my money.


I also had called with one customer service coworker. She continuesly ask me hold on the line, she will check blah blah after every question I asked. 

doesnt know anything. and just took the line time. I double checked if the line fee I need to pay. 

later she said she can not give a refund, even though til now mcafee promised me.  They said I need to get money from mediamarkt where I bought 3 MONTHS AGO!!!!

And also she saif I dont need to pay for the line fee , its charged by mcafee. So I was willing to wait her 

But later, when I asked again, she treated like surprised, saying that she knew I am calling from america. If not I need to pay. I was so annoyed and even now. 


How cant she check my national number????? 


What a stupid mcafee. 

they lie again and again. Noticed to give me a call and nothing I got from 




Give my refund fee !!!!!and line fee that made because of you. !!!! It costs 100 usd xx not secure company.
