OVER 2 WEEKS NO FOLLOW UP NEED REFUND

No follow up, they say "I have messaged you privately please respond" . 

I have sent through all needed details multiple times and still nothing. I have to post on public forum for any contact. Such a disgraceful way to treat customers. There is no other way to contact customer service in New Zealand. Will not recommend McAfee to anyone for this reason.
