What is the U.S. number for support, please?  McAfee support page is completely blank in both of my browsers (Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, both updated, PC, Windows is updated). Is it 1-866-622-3911?

我12月16日收到自訂續訂的信用卡扣款通知,但是我想要取消續訂,並停止扣款。因為30天內可以停止續訂取消扣款,請問可以怎麼做?

This is very alarming. Are they ripping us off? Seriously why is it so hard to get a refund.

No he conseguido el reembolso. Me dijeron que cuándo me podían llamar, se lo dije y no me han llamado. Me parece que una empresa teóricamente seria como debería ser Mcafee está jugando con los clientes que quieren darse de baja. 

Lo próximo será ponerme en contacto con la OCU.

Buenas tardes,

el problema es que me acabo de dar cuenta que el año pasado me renovaron dos productos y este año al tener la renovación automática, se me han vuelto a renovar los dos. Como entenderan solo preciso un servicio.

 

Ruego me indiquen los trámites que debo hacer para poder solicitar el desembolso por esta doble suscripción. Gracias!
