I need a refund autorenewal was unwanted

Payment has been taken from my bank account, please can I request a refund.  Not able to request this on my McAfee account although it says you can... Very frustrating

I need to request a refund. I got an unwanted charge on FEB 12, 2024. 

I tried on your website, but the page to request the refund is not working properly.

I need a answer ASAP.
