I was recently charged £99 for a subscription I have no idea about. When I called mcafee they claim I have no account with them. Which I don’t. Upon further investigation I have found I have been being charged for antivirus for the past 7 years!! Yet I have no account. From what I can see I had plus net internet and they signed up me inadvertently to mcafee. We changed internet provider the following year and are still being charged virus protection.
I have called your helplines and not been helped. No one can find these charges and I have been asked to provide my bank details so they can look. This is unacceptable. I can quote clearly see what I on myself statement. To the matters even worse I have now been charged £128 in phone bill charges trying to get this sorted to no avail. I need this resolved asap or I am going to the ombudsman.
