Charged even though I stopped Auto renewal

Hi

Some weeks ago I stopped the Auto renewal on my Account as I don't need McAfee protection anymore. However, found today that I have charged even though I have no active subscription!! 

 

Please can someone help me get a refund as soon as possible?
