Cancelation of my subscription and refund

Hello.Yesterday,On the  9th of february 2024,I subscribed for annual subscription.

And I received a message that price of subscription may change and as I understand it auto renewal means that my subscription will automatically renew every year.

I have issues with my integrated camera on my laptop in all video chats:zoom,viber,microsoft teams...

I checked my settings and it did not change anything.

I read an  article that the camera may not work because of a mismatch with an antivirus program.

I would like to check if it's true.

I'm gonna find more details and send in the next post.

  • When I subscribed,I received two separate emails one on the 8th february and another on 9th february.The email on the 8th confirmed my 30 day trial and the email on 9th confirmed my annual subscription.I do not use my laptop regularly and realized that I do not use features of mcafee.Can you please  help  me  to cancel both of them .Also,can you please tell me if i cancel them they will not be auto renewed.Right.Thank you.
