I emailed a request for a refund on August 3 for early auto-renewal, but received no response. I would like to cancel auto-renewal because it's much more expensive than if I renew myself.
I've tried to call the Consumer Support number numerous times, but never got an answer. I'm calling from Mexico.
it's frustrating to know that there's no other way to contact McAfee Consumer Support, no email nor live chat option whatsoever.
Could someone please help me cancel my subscription and get a refund from McAfee for the early auto-renewal for the period 9/3/23 - 9/3/24? I processed my own renewal on September 3rd. According to McAfee's refund policy, payment will be refunded in full if I cancel my subscription within 60 days of being charged.
