Why I Can't use the VPN?

Hi!

I'm trying to use the VPN, but I only got the message "You've reached your maximum, etc" but I'm not using the VPN in any devices.

Also, I'm trying to remove an old device from the protection, but I can't find the way to do it, there is no button related to that in the related area that supposed to have it.

Kindly follow the below steps to fix the issue.

  • open McAfee
  • Click on Secure VPN
  • Click on VPN settings
  • Click See devices under Protected device
  • Remove the old device from the list
  • Turn ON VPN

Hi, @Kumar_suman ! tnx for answering me, but there is none of those option u mentioned. When I click on VPN the only thing that appears is the message as it shown in the image I uploaded.

Hi, @ivanela_i ! First, the problem is not solved and that alternative you gave, I already tried before came to the forum, but it's not working as you can see in the image I uploaded in this msg.

Why it's so difficult to got proper support from McAfee?
