McAfee Total protection

Jump to solution

When I try to install McAfee Total Protection, these message appears: "Please restart your device and we will finish removing your McAfee software and installing the new protection. Close."
I can't install the antivirus, because when I restart the PC it appears exactly the same message.
I tried to delete the McAfee files that are in the SystemCore folder and after countless attempts, I managed to delete almost all of them with MCPR, except for 5 .
How can I fix the problem and install Total Protection?
