Prosze o natychmiastowy zwrot za subskrypcje


mialam wylaczona automatyczna aktualizacje subskrypcji (ostatnio ja wylaczalam, bo non stop otrzymywalam od panstwa informacje o tej mozliwosci ) - dzisiaj okazuje sie, ze jestem biedniejsza o 259 zl ... Dlaczego? Prosze o zwrot kosztow zakupienia subskrypcji, ktorej nie chcialam - dodatkowo, widze, ze teraz oferuja panstwo subskrypcje o polowe tansza. Uwazam to, za bardzo nie w porzadku i traktuje to jako naciaganie klientow. Na pewno zrezygnuje z Panstwa oferty.

Prosze o informacje, jak moge anulowac ta transakcje i jak moge odzyskac swoje 259 zl.
